The reason why I chose this quote is because it means that a man with a good attitude can achieve anything you set your mind to, but the man with the wrong attitude nothing can help you. For example having a great attitude, trying your best, and never giving up. It can open so many goals for you, or help you in later life. Being open up and having a great attitude to everyone can help you, make the people around you happy. If you have a mean, grumpy, always having a bad attitude. That will defiantly not get you better in life. People wont help you, try to make your goal. You can do so many things, but having a bad attitude can change your hole prospective.


The reason why I chose this quote is because my dad always used these kind of terms. When I would try my hardest or do something wrong. My dad used some quotes to teach me about what is going to do in late life. Hearing some quotes from my dad thought me things to stop and think about. This quote inspired me because I try my hardest and always have a great attitude. This quote is so true in so many ways because its right. Its right because if you try and always have a great attitude it helps you in so many ways, you get treated better than acting mean. If your always mean, and have bad attitude than you don’t get help from people, and you wont get your goal achieved.

This quote means so much in so many ways. This quote means that you don’t need your friend there all the time. Our friends are there always, they have your back. Its just that you don’t need them to help you with everything, but you do need them for confidence or advice. Every friend gives you confidence, tells you everything, and always there. Some moments you don’t need them there because you either want to do it your self. Some you want to learn by yourself. The most thing you do need like the quote says is that you need there confidence or advice.

I chose this quote because it relates to me. The quote means so much to me because of my friends. My friends take over my life sometimes or be controlling. They do ask my questions for me or do things I want to do. I really don’t need there help on a lot of things. I do though need there confidence or advice because I sometimes don’t know what to do or make a right decision.

2.) Now if you have a hunger for food then Richies Dinner is the best of the best place to go. Now this isnt no originall restrant or dinner. This is better than Applebe's or CoCo's. The minute you walk into the door, you are taken by the delishious smell or the food, the happenies or the menu, your desire of deserts showing on the rotating menu. This is no ordinary restrant this is heven benith the clouds.

My Friend Brian!!!

Today in Summer school we could talk about what ever we want to discuss. I think i want to discuss about my friend Brian because he always and I think I need to show my appreciation. Well i have many things I can say about Brian, but I' m going to talk about the most interesting things, funniest, and memorable. I remember just like yesterday meeting Brian at school. It all started from my friend Matt Lemus at school. Matt had walked up to me with Brian and I had say- ed a funny joke. Brian replied " Heheheheh Your funny, hey I' m Brian!!!" I said " Hey Kody What up?" Since that day we have been best friends and has shared many things and done many things together. I lave having a friend that I can tell anything to, trust me, and who has my back. Brian is like that kind of person, no matter what he always there for me. He knows if I want to talk if I have something on my mind. Brian has told me many times he has my back, and I'll never for get him.

About Richard Matheson

His novel Today in class on July 1 2009. We had to look up an author Richard Matheson all about his interesting life. Richard Matheson started in the military and was in World War 2. In 1959 he earned his bachelor's degree on journalism. He was in some movies like The x files. I think that the interesting is that Richard is that he was in the Twilight Zone because I' ve known about the twilight zone for several years. Richard inspired Stephen King by el Cell.

My advice about young ladies and men...

Well this topic is from class today of summer school of what I'm going to talk about. I personally think that Young men should respect girls, be outgoing, funny, being courteous. Men should also make sure that they focuses on there family and there Carrier. I also believe that men should be decently buff and nice. About the girls i strongly believe that girls should be outgoing, very nice, dress beautiful and be some- what with there guys. I understand that girls should have there privacy and have there time with there girl friends. As for young guys and girls, I believe that they overall should be respectful and equal.

The First Dirt Bike Experience!!!

The raw www of the positions, the explosion in the engine, the vibrating all of your body.
The bike taking over your body the speed making your eyes bleed.
Switching gears every moment to go faster and faster, not paying action to if hitting the rocks or the ditch holes in the ground.
Making turns and jumps that you don't ever think you can do.
Doing unbelievable stunts that you can die from doing.
Seeing other riders racing, betting the bike to death to win the race.
Holding tightly to the handle bars, your hand feels like burning into the fire.
Trying to stop so quickly for the other turn, then BOOM falling towards the side.
Whipping the muddy, dirt off your googlies to see whats in front of you.

About the book.

Today June 24, another day of summer school. In class today we read this book called I' am Legend. You may have herd it from the movie with Will Smith, but this was the actual book. We had to get our post-its outto write down 6 questons. Wile our teacher was reading we wrote down questions we didnt understand. Wile Mr. Vega was reading i wrote down a cupple of questions about why did the fat man feel like he was bleeding, or why was he wearing a suite when it was 102 degrees outside.

Reflect About What We Did Today Outside In Summer School!!!

Today in class we had a project were we had to go outside for about 20min. We had to think about a poem about anything at least 15 lines. I wrote about my Uncle charlie. Sitting on the bench thinking about the title, but looking around at everyone. Seeing the other kids with there mind into there note book. When after doing my poem you can her the birds cheep, the tress whooshing from the wind, and your mind just going blankly to think about what your writing about. After finishing the poem, I sat for about 5 min just thinking about how life has this course and how things happen for a reson. You know Uncle Charlie was my brother, he was just a friend that I have never had before. When losing my uncle it was like I had no life or well no friends. So I wrote this poem about him and I hope you like it?

About the classroom today!!!

Well today in class was very interesting. We shared about this poem that's is very strong, because this poem is describing of how this boy or girl keeps making a mistake, but then finally fixes it. We have these sticky notes that we putt our thoughts about the poem or story. When you think about the story or poem you realize that there's many things that you knowledge that you don't relay think about. I was reading this poem about this far guy who people made fun of, well it turn es out that hes running up this hill for a cancer charity. When i found out that it changed the way I think about fat people because you know I don't know if there just lazy, that they care about others or themselves to lose weight or to help. So you know learning about new things may change your personality or thoughts, so be careful and think before you act.

Today In Class!!!

I attending Upland Jr High for summer school. I have 2 classes, one is for Math and the Other is for English. My teacher's are Mr. Lopez and Mr. Vega. Well i want to disgust my English class. Every day we come in sit in your assigned seat, look at the O/A( which is what you do in the morning), then we get our poem sheet out, read the poem, and disgust about the poem. Then you wait in till Mr. Vega gives you further instructions. Usually after he tells you what to do you ether work on your work that he assigns or start reading your story you were assigned to. Once your done with what you had to do, then you get out your computer/laptop. When you get your laptop you go to Blogger.com and start blogging. Usually you get to blog about anything you want to blog about, or what u have instructed to you. You do your blog for about half an hour or up to an hour. Now see our school ends at 1:00 in the afternoon. So this schedule that we do everyday brings us about 5 minutes before the bell. You can get used to it after a week. Whats very interesting is that your hear to review what you had trouble with, but you end up learning totally new things. This is why I particularly like this year is because I'm learning new things and I'm understanding what I had trouble with.

Richies Dinner

The Grand Opening!!! This was a normal day, just getting home from school. Finishing up my homework to go to the bank with my mom. Well my Father had just called my mom, just as we were leaving the bank. Telling us about this restaurant that had its grand opening today by the Ontario Mills Mall. So my mother and I drove over to the restaurant just as we pull in the parking lot, trying to find a spot to park. Finally after parking, meeting my dad by his car. When walking up the railing you can smell the barbecue, the stake grilling, onions firing. Going up to the front door seeing the label on the door " Welcome Hope you Enjoy your Stay and Meal!!" Walking into the doors, seeing the candy all by the counter, seeing all the car booth, and smelling the Delicious food all throughout the dinner. When getting are named called, going to the booth, seeing the Elvis and car paintings on the wall. Getting the menu seeing all the weird names on the menu, wondering what it is? Ordering chilly fries, trying all the other things my parents ordered. Getting full, seeing a banana split across the way. Then finishing the banana split, I knew I was going to come back another time.
